We offer landscaping, lawn care, stump grinding, hardscaping, and related outdoor services in South Georgia.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel services if conditions are unsafe or if the job falls outside our service capabilities.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates, based on the information provided by the customer.

  • Final pricing may change if the actual work required is different from what was described.

  • Customers will be informed of any price changes before work begins.

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Customers can schedule services by phone, text, email, or through our website.

  • Cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day cancellations may result in a service fee.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Ensure access to the work area

  • Secure pets

  • Remove personal items, obstacles, or hazards

  • Notify us of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden features

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground lines or hidden hazards.

 

6. Property & Safety

Safety is our top priority.
We may pause or stop services if:

  • Weather conditions are unsafe

  • Equipment cannot be operated safely

  • The work environment poses a risk to staff or property

 

7. Payments

We accept (list your payment methods: Cash, Card, Zelle, Venmo, etc.).
Late payments may result in additional fees after 14 days past due.

8. Refunds

Due to the nature of landscaping services, refunds are evaluated case by case.
If you are unhappy with a service, you must notify us within 24–48 hours.

 

9. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by pre-existing conditions

  • Unmarked utilities

  • Acts of nature (storms, flooding, etc.)

  • Personal injuries caused by customer interference

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

All content on this site — text, photos, logos, and design — is owned by Nunez Premier Lawns Services and may not be copied without permission.

11. Privacy

We do not sell or share customer information.
Any personal details submitted (name, phone, email) are only used for scheduling and communication.
